Summer is the best time to prepare no-cook summer dishes because you do not have to go through all the trouble of cooking a full meal. Summer meals are all about fruits and vegetables and that is what we will concentrate on in this article. We will talk about salads, vegetable medleys, finger foods, ice cream recipes, meatballs, chicken wings, and desserts. Although the lemon and the fish make a wonderful combination, you may be limited on what kind of fish you can make as lemon gives off a fishy smell while fish itself is a kind of smell. However, any fish is a great dish to make and is probably one of the most exciting summer dishes.

One of my all-time favorite summer dishes is fish and chips. This is a recipe that can be made for either a hot or cold day. However, I would recommend that you make it the night before so that you have plenty of time to soak your fish in the batter. Most of the time, chips are made with flour, potatoes, and seasoning. However, if you would rather not have the potatoes, feel free to use flaxseed instead. You should be able to find both at your local grocer.
