Boneless chicken – 400 gms
Cornflour – 4 tsp
Black pepper – 2 tsp
Egg – 1
Soy sauce – 3 tsp
Red chili sauce – 3 tsp
Garlic – 8-10, chopped
Green chilies – 8-10
Green chili sauce – 2 tsp
Vinegar – 1 tsp
Onion – 1, chopped
Capsicum – 1, chopped
Black pepper – 1 tsp
In a bowl, take the chicken and add cornflour, salt, egg, black pepper, red chili sauce, and soy sauce. Mix all of these well.
Keep it for marination for 20 minutes.
After marination, deep fry the chicken pieces until golden brown in a pan.
Take another pan and put green chilies and chopped garlic. Stir them well and then add the fried chicken to it. Also add soy sauce, vinegar, onion, green chili sauce, black pepper, capsicum, and salt.
Mix all of these together and then serve hot.

Refrigerated crescent rolls – 1 tube (8 ounces)
Large eggs – 10
Water – 1/3 cup
Butter – 3 tbsp
Prepared taco meat – 1-1/2 cups
Shredded cheddar cheese – 1 cup
Shredded Monterey Jack cheese – 1 cup
Salsa – 1 cup
Unroll the crescent roll dough in a baking dish and seal seams and perforations. Set it aside.
Take a small bowl and whisk eggs and water.
Take a skillet and heat butter until hot and then add the egg mixture. Cook and stir it over medium flame until the eggs are almost set.
Sprinkle taco meat over the dough and layer it with eggs, salsa, and the two cheese. Bake uncovered at about 375 degrees until cheese is melted. This would usually take about 14-16 minutes.

Chickpeas – 15 oz (425 g), 1 can, rinsed and drained
Olive oil – 1 tbsp
Ground cumin – 1 tsp

Preheat the oven to about 400°F (200℃)
Dry the chickpeas carefully. You may even remove the skins though it’s completely optional. Keep in mind the drier it is, the crunchier it’ll be.
Take a bowl and add dried chickpeas, cumin, olive oil, chili powder, salt, and cayenne powder. Toss it well to coat evenly.
Take a parchment paper-lined baking sheet and spread the chickpeas on it.
