  • 12 slices of dill pickles
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup salted pretzels
  • 1/2 cup refined flour
  • Salt, black pepper and cayenne powder
  • Oil for frying


Heat the oil for frying pickles. Crush the pretzels into crumbs and take them in a bowl. Now take two bowls with whisked eggs and all-purpose flour in each. Coat the pickles slices with the flour and then dip them in eggs. Afterward, dip the pickles in the crumbs to coat them well. Now fry these pickles until crisp. Sprinkle some salt, cayenne powder, and black pepper on them and serve with mustard or red chili sauce.

Spicy Green Spaghetti

Spice up your regular pasta or spaghetti for a ‘hot’ dinner meal. Have this spicy food with a cold beverage or margarita of your choice.


  • 2 cups boiled spaghetti
  • 4 poblano peppers
  • 2 chopped onions
  • 1/2 cup cilantro
  • 1/4 cup vegetable stock
  • 2 chopped garlic cloves
  • 6 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. unsalted butter
  • Salt and black pepper


Take peppers in a lined baking sheet and broil them until blackened. Transfer them on a plate and cover the plate with cellophane. Leave the peppers for 15 minutes and then peel their skins and remove seeds. Chop the peppers and blend them with garlic, cilantro, and onion until smooth. Now melt butter in a pan and cook the pepper mixture for 6 minutes. Further, add the vegetable stock and cook until it gets a bit thickened. Next, add cream cheese followed by boiled spaghetti. Mix well and sprinkle some pepper, salt, and cilantro. To loosen the sauce, you can pour some hot water.

Spicy Grilled Shrimp

  • 2 pounds shrimp
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. hot sauce

  • 1 Tsp. cayenne pepper
  • Juice of one lemon
  • Salt and pepper


Mix hot sauce, ketchup, oil, garlic, and lemon juice in a bowl. Pour in some ketchup, salt, parsley, cayenne, and pepper. Take shrimp pieces in a zip lock pouch bag and pour the marinade over them. Refrigerate the shrimp for 4 hours and then take out the shrimp and grill using skewers. Serve with ketchup or mayonnaise.

  • 5 Habanero peppers
  • 4 Tbsp. lime juice
  • 1 Tsp. olive oil
  • 1 1/2 cup fresh cilantro
  • 4 peeled garlic cloves
  • Salt


Take a griddle and heat oil in it. Place the habaneros and garlic and allow them to soften. Set the veggies aside. Meanwhile, mix salt, oil, and lemon juice and then add the chopped garlic. Separate the stems of Habaneros and chop them before adding them to the bowl. At last, stir in chopped cilantro and mix well to make the salsa.
