There are hundreds of recipes out there that make use of all Spices ingredients. This is good news if you are looking for a new dish to try out for the evening or on the weekend. Most people however do not know how to cook with these ingredients, as they just end up using them up or throwing them away. In this article we are going to tell you the secrets behind some great tasting dishes.

Indonesian Chicken Satay – First of all, to make this recipe you will need: marinated chicken (skewered), four cups water, two tablespoons peanut sauce, ground peanuts, two cups coconut milk, a couple of pieces of ginger, and a quarter teaspoon of ground cloves. If cooking over charcoal or BBQ, soak skewered chicken in water overnight. When morning comes, drain the water and wipe the bird down with paper towels to remove all traces of cooking oil and seasoning. Then mix together the chicken marinade, water, ground peanuts, and ginger and let it soak for at least fifteen minutes, or until the chicken is completely tender.
Thai Red Chili – This recipe is one of my favorites. To make this recipe, you will need: crushed red chilies, two tablespoons of sesame oil, four dried red chili peppers, garlic, coriander, and green onions. Bring a large sauce pan to heat, and add the chilies, sugar, garlic, and onion. Stir constantly and allow the mixture to boil for approximately three minutes. Once done, carefully remove the mixture and set aside. Once cooled, break up the pepper pods using a blender, and set aside.
Mango Juice and Rice Paper Cake – This is another one of my favorites. In this recipe, you will need: three tablespoons of fresh lime juice, three cups of dry rice, three tablespoons of chopped mint, five cups of water or coconut milk, four teaspoon of salt, a teaspoon of dried fenugreek seeds, and about a half teaspoon of dried yellow peppercorns. Combine all of the ingredients and then pour them into a saucepan and bring to a gentle boil. Once done, cover the saucepan and place in the oven at medium heat.
Carrot Ginger Lentil Turmeric Curry – This recipe uses three types of spices that I like to add to any Indian lentil soup. The first of these ingredients is fenugreek seeds, which are used to add the color to the lentils. These seeds add color and flavor to the lentil turmeric curry. The next ingredient is the red chili, which gives the lentils their distinct color. And lastly, there are the green onions that give this dish its delightful aroma.
In order to create this wonderful dish, all you have to do is to mix the lentils ingredients together, and then add the fenugreek seeds, red chili, and green onions to the mixture. Mix them all very thoroughly until they are all combined, and then take your measuring cup and mix all of the spices together, and then take your sugar. It is important to remember not to add too much sugar or the lentils may become mushy in texture. Once you have all of the ingredients mixed thoroughly, then take your small mixing bowl, and put your entire mixture into it and then stir until all of the spices have been mixed well.
Once you have finished all of this, you can then cook your delicious Indian cuisine dish. However, you should keep in mind to serve your meal hot. Serve the lentils and sauce with some steamed vegetables and you’ll have an excellent meal! To add some more flavor to the dish, you can also add some roasted potatoes, cubes of coconut milk, and some freshly ground pepper. You will enjoy the velvety texture of the coconut milk and the intense heat of the pepper.
This dish is great as leftovers as well as being nutritious and very delicious. There are only four basic ingredients that you need to start with, which are; a tablespoon of mustard seed, a teaspoon of cumin, a quarter teaspoon of ginger, and a half a teaspoon of cinnamon stick. The best thing about this dish is that you can serve it either hot or cold, and it has no calories in it.
